This tutorial was written on October 30,2013 by me . Any similarities to other tutorials is purely coincidental.Please do not claim as your own.This tutorial writter assumes you have a working knowledge of using Paint Shop Pro.This tutorial was done in Paint Shop ProX4, but can be use in other Paint Shop Pro versions. Please link to this blog if used for Forum Challenges.
Materials needed:
Tube: Frankie by Spazzd which you can find at Spazzd Art
Scrap Kit: PTU matching kit "Frankie" by Sassi Designs
Mask: #69 by Simone
Font: Scriptina Pro
Filters:
Xero Radiance
Eye Candy 4000, Gradient Glow
Xenofex Constellation
Noise
*d/s=drop shadow, c/p= copy and paste
Lets Start! Open up an image 700x700 open Element 32 c/p and place towards the bottom of your canvas. Now open up your tube and place after Element 32. Re-size and duplicate on the top layer add Gaussian blur of 3 and Overlay with an opacity of 70%. On the bottom tube layer sharpen and add Xero Radiance of choice and add a d/s.
Now Open up Element 43 and place behind the tube layer re-size if necessary. Add the following elements to your tag. See my tag for reference.

Now on elements 96 and 97 I added the filter Constellation with the following settings
Now Open up paper 1 and apply your mask. Move to the bottom now open up element 70 and move after the mask layer. Add your copyrights. Now for the name I put mine in a light gray and added noise of 30 uniform and Monochrome checked.Then added a gradient glow in black and sharpened the layer and added a d/s.
